Before you a simple recipe for cooking beans with smoked ribs. To prepare this dish you can use different beans, I chose black beans. It is worth noting, in order to save your own time, pre-soak the beans in advance for 4 hours in the water. Only after this, start cooking. Ready meals perfectly combined with potato or rice garnish. - Black beans - 200 Grams
- Pork ribs - 200 Grams (smoked)
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 3 Teeth
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 piece (red)
- Red hot pepper - 1 To taste
- Paprika - 2 Teaspoons
- Vegetable oil - 80 Milliliters
- Parsley - 1 Piece (bundle)
- Tomatoes - 400 Grams (in own juice)
- Salt - 1 To taste
How to cook "Beans with smoked ribs"
Soak the beans in the water for 4 hours.
Ribs cut into pieces.
Drain the water with the soaked beans, add chopped ribs and 1 liter of water. We cook for 1 hour.
While the beans are brewed, let's take care of the vegetables. Pepper and onion wrap in foil. Send the baked in a preheated oven to 200 degrees, 30 minutes.
In the meantime, fry one finely chopped onion in vegetable oil. Add the chopped garlic clove, chopped red hot pepper, slightly parsley and 1/2 tsp. paprika. Mix everything thoroughly.
Now add the tomatoes. We extinguish 5 minutes.
We take out pepper and an onion from the oven. We cut them into cubes.
With beans, drain the liquid (into a separate container). Add the dressing and chopped pepper and onion. Salt to taste. All mixed.
Put the beans with other ingredients in the baking dish. Top with a liquid in which the beans were brewed (pour in flush). Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, the temperature is 220 degrees. Ready beans we insist 10 minutes.
In a frying pan fry finely chopped garlic (2 cloves). Add 1/2 tsp. paprika and mix.
